How does ordering work at Promogator from start to finish?
You choose a product, quantity, colors and imprint, then upload your logo. Promogator's design team sends a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours. You approve it, and production starts once the order is paid. The order then ships with tracking. You can follow every stage in your account.
Read the answer → Bags & TotesHow do I get a quote for custom bags at a specific quantity?
Open the bag's product page, enter your quantity, colors and imprint, then create an estimate. You get a PDF quote by email with pricing locked for 30 days. Prices drop at higher quantities, so quote the exact number you plan to buy. For a custom method or a larger quantity, request a quote and a rep will help.
Read the answer → Tech & GadgetsWhat are the best decoration methods for chargers and power banks?
The best method depends on the surface. Digital (UV) print suits full-color logos on smooth plastic, pad printing suits small one-to-four-color logos, and laser engraving gives a permanent one-color mark on metal-bodied power banks. Check each product page to see which methods that item offers, then match the method to your logo's colors.

Vector files are best: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. They stay sharp at any size. If you have no vector file, a high-resolution PNG, PSD, TIFF or JPG at 300 DPI or more usually works. Even a photo or sketch can be redrawn into a print-ready file.
Read the answer → Laser Engraving & EtchingCan you laser engrave stainless steel tumblers and bottles?
Yes. Laser engraving works well on stainless steel drinkware. Most tumblers and bottles are powder coated, and the laser removes the coating to show bright metal in a permanent, one-color mark. Bare stainless steel can be marked too, but it usually looks different. Check each product page to confirm laser engraving is offered.

Collect sizes with a quick survey if you can. If you can't, order a bell-curve mix: mostly M, L and XL, fewer S and 2XL, and a small share of 3XL and up. Choose a unisex style, add a few extra mediums and larges as buffer, and check the maker's size chart before you order.
