Colors & Pantone
PMS, CMYK, matching your brand colors on any product
How do I find the PMS color of my logo?
Check your brand guidelines or the original vector logo file first, since PMS (Pantone) numbers are often listed there. In Adobe Illustrator, open the Swatches panel and look for spot colors with a Pantone name. If you have only a flat image, ask the designer or printer to match it to the closest Pantone color.

You can still order. Send your logo file and tell us where the colors matter. If you don't have PMS numbers, our design team matches the closest Pantone colors and lists them on your free proof. You review the proof, ask for changes, and approve it before anything is produced.

PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, a standard library of numbered colors used to match ink and thread. "Pantone" and "PMS" mean the same thing. It matters because a PMS number lets you, your decorator and the factory agree on one exact brand color, so your logo looks consistent across products.

Usually close, but rarely identical. Pantone (PMS) colors give the printer an exact target, yet the final color also depends on the material, the imprint method and the ink or thread used. A good match is realistic on most items. A perfect match on every product is not, so approve a proof first.
