What can I ask Promo AI?
Anything you would tell a promotional products rep: the event, who the items are for, how many you need, your budget per item and the date you need them. Short searches like “navy polo” or a SKU still work exactly as before.
Which searches go through Promo AI?
Every search you send from the main search bar at the top of the site, the home page, the search results page or the search box on a category or brand page. A product name, brand or item number goes straight to results, instantly — and in a category or brand page’s search box, product words simply filter that page. A full request (an event, who it’s for, a quantity, a budget or a date) is read first: you see Promo AI working on it for a moment, then your results open, picked from the whole catalog — even when you ask from a category or brand page.
Should I give a total budget or a per-item budget?
Per item works best — “under $5 each” or “about $10 per person”. If you only know a total, divide it by your quantity and include both numbers.
How does it use my in-hands date?
It compares each product’s production time with the date you give, so the results favor items that can be made in time. If that would leave nothing to show, it relaxes the date and tells you so on the results page.
What if it misunderstands me?
The results page shows what Promo AI understood — product types, quantity, budget and date — and every part can be removed or changed with the filters. You can also click “Search the exact words instead” to run a plain keyword search.
Can I search with a photo?
Yes. Drag a photo onto the search bar or tap the camera icon. We look for matching products in our catalog while you wait, and if nothing is close enough you can ask us to find something similar within your budget.
What if I can’t find the product I want?
