Your Products tab lists every product you can sell. To put them on your own store, download the CSV and load it into your store, or read the catalog through the API.
Download your products CSV
On On Demand → Products, press Download CSV for your store. You get one row per colour and size, with these columns:
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
od_sku |
Our SKU, for example OD-000125-D1001-BLK-L (product · design · colour · size) |
your_sku |
Your own SKU for your designs, for example ST-WILD-SPT-BLK-L; empty for catalog products |
product_code |
Our product code, the same on every row of one product |
title |
The product name |
colour |
The colour name |
size |
The size |
net_price |
What you pay us per piece, decoration included |
suggested_retail |
Your price for your own designs, or our suggested retail price |
production_days |
Production time in business days |
min_qty |
The minimum quantity for the product (1 means none) |
shipping |
How the product ships: flat, live_rate, included or freight_quote |
image_url |
A picture you can use in your listing: for your own designs, the mockup of your design on that colour |
Keep
net_priceprivate. It is your cost. Never put it in a column your store shows to shoppers.
Use the same SKU everywhere
Put your SKU (or ours) on each variant in your store. When an order comes in, send it to us with the same SKU: we accept your SKU or ours, on the New order page and in the API. That way every order maps to the right product, colour and size.
Shopify
Shopify imports products from a CSV in its own format, so copy our columns into Shopify's product CSV template (Shopify's help article "Using CSV files to import and export products" describes every column). One row per variant; the rows of one product share the same URL handle.
| Shopify column | Fill it with |
|---|---|
| URL handle | A short name for the product, for example wildcats-spirit-tee, the same on every row of the product |
| Title | title (first row of the product) |
| Description | Your product description |
| Vendor | Your brand name |
| Option1 name / Option1 value | Colour / colour |
| Option2 name / Option2 value | Size / size |
| SKU | your_sku (or od_sku) |
| Price | Your selling price |
| Product image URL | image_url (first row of the product) |
| Variant image URL | image_url of that colour |
| Inventory tracker | Leave empty, so the product never sells out: each item is made to order |
| Fulfillment service | manual |
| Requires shipping | true |
| Status | active, or draft to check before you publish |
Then, in your Shopify admin: Products → Import → Add file, choose your CSV, press Upload and continue, check the preview and press Import products. Shopify downloads the images during the import.
Tip from Shopify: do not sort the CSV in a spreadsheet before importing: it can break the link between products and their images.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce imports variable products from its own CSV columns. Use one parent row per product and one variation row per colour and size.
| WooCommerce column | Parent row | Variation rows |
|---|---|---|
| Type | variable |
variation |
| SKU | A base SKU, for example ST-WILD-SPT |
your_sku (or od_sku) |
| Name | title |

| Parent | empty | The parent's SKU |
| Regular price | empty | Your selling price |
| Images | image_url |
image_url of that colour |
| Attribute 1 name | Colour |

| Attribute 1 value(s) | Every colour, comma separated | That row's colour |
| Attribute 1 visible / global | 1 / 0 |

| Attribute 2 name | Size |

Then in WordPress: Products → All Products → Import, Choose File, Continue, check the Column mapping screen, and press Run the importer.
Other stores
BigCommerce, Magento and most other platforms import products from a CSV. Map the same fields: the product name, a colour option and a size option, the SKU, your price and the image URL. Leave stock tracking off, since every item is made to order.
When an order comes in
There is no store app yet. Send each order to us one of two ways:
- type it in on New order in your portal (see Place your first order); or
- have your developer connect your store's order notifications to our API (see the API quick start).
