For product samples some are free and some have a small shipping fee. Don’t let the small shipping fee stop you, we offer immediate service and will make sure to impress you with our design and sample services.

We have made it super easy to buy promotional mer-chandise online with our platform. Promogator allows you get quotes online, place orders for samples, pur-chase goods with your logo or incase you can’t find something you like, you have the option to bring in your own items and we will charge you just for the printing!

Real Time Job Status

You can view a real time job status be allowing promogator to send you SMS and/or emails for live updates. Any change we make on your order you will be notified. We will send you live real time photos of your product.

Pad print, laser engraving, custom canopy, whatever it may be you will receive updates.

Instant Estimates

You can find a product in our catalog of over 4,000+ promo-tional items and simply click create estimate in the product details page.

Creating an estimate via the product detail page allows you to lock in the price and go back into your account later to complete the purchase. This is great for companies who need an approval from upper management before placing an order.

For customers who would like to bring in their own products we offer contract printing services on customer provided products If you are brining in your own items to print we recommend you submit an estimate through our portal.

You will receive a PDF via email and also a quote inside the “promogator portal” which you can go in at anytime and review.

Artwork Requirements

Ideally we ask our customers to send all artwork in AI Format and/or an editable PDF version. However we understand that sometimes that is not possible. We have a dedicated top design team to be able to assist. We ask for customer to have all details in order for our team to create proof and/or vectorize.

Email & SMS Updates

Promogator offers this option for customer who want to be on top of their order. Approve or Reject your proof by simply following instructions with your phone. Want to know when your product has shipped? Receive your tracking number via text message.
